⊳When you place your order, you’ll get to choose from a variety of convenient shipping options that fit your timeline and budget. Need it ASAP? No problem! Have a little more time to wait? We’ve got slower, more affordable choices too.

⊳For all you eager beavers out there, we have some great news – our in-stock items are lightning-fast! Just 1-2 business days from the time you hit “place order” and we’ll have those beauties packaged up and out the door. We know how excited you must be, so we move heaven and earth to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

⊳ The timeline can expect about 3-4 weeks before your order ships out.

⊳As soon as your order is placed, you’ll get an automatic notification from us. Then, once your package leaves our cozy little warehouse, we’ll shoot you another email with all the juicy tracking details. From there, you can easily stay in the loop with our trusted shipping partners. They may even give you a friendly call or shoot you an email as your delivery day approaches!

Now, if for any reason you don’t receive those shipping updates, just shoot us a quick email at ylianmoma@gmail.com with your order number and a request for the tracking code. We’re always here to help make sure your order gets to you safe and sound.

♡Return & Exchange Policy

 We really hope that you love your Ylian items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:

⊳As our cherished customer, you have a full 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you’d like to keep your goodies or send them back for something new.

⊳During that time, you’re welcome to exchange for a different size or even upgrade to a higher-priced item. We want to make absolutely sure you end up with something you adore! Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the original payment method if it’s still available. If not, we’ll issue a merchandise credit that you can use towards your next fabulous find.

NOTE 1:

∗∗We’re so happy to offer you one (1) free exchange per order! We want you to be completely satisfied, so if you need to make a second exchange, we’ll be happy to assist you – we just ask that you cover the shipping costs this time.

∗∗We know life can be busy and unexpected things can happen. That’s why we give you 14 days from when you receive your order to make any returns. After that 14-day period, we may not be able to accept your return, but we’ll do our best to work with you.

∗∗When you do send something back to us, please make sure to get a tracking number and proof of postage. That way, we can keep a close eye on your package and ensure a smooth return process. We’re here to make this as easy as possible for you!

NOTE 2:

∗∗To make a return, simply ship your items back to us in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We want them looking brand new, just like when they left our warehouse. Any items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a return, so please be extra careful when trying things out.

∗∗Now, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives. That way, if anything unexpected happens in transit, you have proof to protect your rights. Our team is always here to help, but those videos can really come in handy just in case.
