Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Ylian, we hope every piece you receive brings you the best experience. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. If your purchase isn’t quite right, Ylian will gladly assist with an exchange or handle the request according to the policy below.

Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the item
  • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Customers may be asked to provide measurement photos or reference measurements for size-related exchanges.

*For orders from Singapore and Thailand, Ylian will support one-way shipping for exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, and
  • A replacement item is unavailable

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Items should only be returned after receiving instructions from our support team.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing once the returned item is received.

Shipping Policy (International)

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country
  • Ensuring the shipping address provided is correct

Ylian is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local courier services.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Resolutions will be provided after confirmation from the courier service.

Important Notes

Due to the nature of garment production, minor measurement variations (0,5-1cm) are not considered defects.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

If the courier is unable to arrange a pickup, customers may be asked to ship the item back to the return address provided.
